Markus Giebel

Markus Giebel

Markus Giebel, a German national, is the Executive Board member of Northacre. He was previously the CEO Deyaar Development PJSC, a publicly traded real estate company. At his previous real estate development assignments Mr. Giebel was responsible for the development of over 1 million square meter of residential and commercial real estate with a combined value exceeding USD5 billion. He was the youngest Vice President of Corning, a fortune 500 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and was instrumental in the acquisition of Siemens NK. He holds several Board positions and has over 20 patents in his name.

He received several awards such as the CEO award, the Leadership award, the Entrepreneur award, the Inventor of the Year award amongst others. Mr. Giebel graduated with a Master from the Technical University of Munich and a MBA from the Swiss Business School.

Pankaj Dewnani

Pankaj Dewnani serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company’s overall development management, operational performance, and financial strategy across its real estate portfolio. He is responsible for driving project execution, capital planning, financial structuring, cash management, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment between development objectives and commercial outcomes.

Pankaj also leads strategic growth initiatives, including investor engagement, partnership development, capital raising support, and new investment opportunities. With a strong focus on operational excellence and value creation, he plays a key role in delivering the company’s long-term development and business objectives.

Benjamin Casey

Benjamin Casey is Development Director (Delivery) at Northacre, responsible for leading the delivery of the company’s development portfolio from concept and design coordination through construction completion and handover. With nearly 15 years of international experience at global contractor Multiplex across the UAE and Australia, Benjamin has delivered some of the region’s most complex branded luxury hospitality, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. His expertise spans development delivery, design management, procurement, construction execution, and stakeholder engagement. At Northacre, Benjamin oversees project planning and delivery across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, programme requirements, budget targets, and the highest quality standards. He works closely with consultants, contractors, operators, and international hospitality and lifestyle brands to integrate operational, technical, and design requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Benjamin currently leads the delivery of several flagship developments, including Ocean House Palm Jumeirah, W Branded Residences JLT, and also supports 60 Hyde Park Gate, London, driving successful outcomes across some of Northacre’s most prestigious projects.

Hitesh Raigaga

Real Estate professional with over 12 years of multifaceted experience in investment management, development and advisory. Proven success in delivering strategic solutions that maximize returns on diverse, high-value real estate projects, leveraging deep expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, and stakeholder engagement across international markets including the UAE, KSA, Oman, Kazakhstan, and the UK. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, structuring complex JV deals, and translating data into actionable insights to drive measurable outcomes and cultivate strong client relationships.

Maryame Mitrado

Maryame Mitrado

Mary is a Development Manager with over 13 years of experience supporting real estate development projects and executive operations in fast-paced business environments. Provides technical and administrative coordination across all stages of project development, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, documentation management, and project reporting. Oversees project platforms, drawings, construction updates, and approval processes, while supporting coordination with consultants, contractors, and local authorities. Recognized for a highly detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support efficient project delivery from acquisition through completion.

Julia Klymenko

Julia Klymenko is a Sales and Project Management professional at Northacre, contributing to the company’s luxury real estate initiatives through client relations, strategic coordination, and procurement activities. With a strong background in sales, marketing coordination, and business development, she plays an active role in enhancing client engagement and supporting the execution of high-profile projects. Her experience spans international business environments, where she supports commercial operations, partnership coordination, and brand presentation initiatives within the real estate and investment sectors.
