Luxury residential developer Northacre has formally launched Orchard Place, its first foray into commercial real estate.
Super-prime residential property developer Northacre launched its first commercial real estate play this week, releasing Orchard Place as part of The Broadway scheme in Victoria, SW1.
The Broadway – on the site of the old New Scotland Yard police HQ – is Northacre’s first mixed-use project, delivering 116,000 sq ft of Squire and Partners0-designed office space and 13 “carefully curated” retail units alongside 258 luxury apartments.
The Orchard Place launch “marks an exciting new chapter” for Northacre, declares the 30-year-old firm, which is backed by SHUAA (formerly aka Abu Dhabi Financial Group).
