The Broadway, Northacre’s landmark scheme in the heart of Westminster, has revealed a stunning new addition to the project’s show apartment collection. The 4-bedroom, 4,672 sq ft penthouse apartment, inclusive of a self-contained 1-bedroom apartment has been designed and decorated by Minotti London, specialists in elegant and contemporary furniture of the highest quality.

Following the Minotti London “100% Made in Italy” identity, the company’s collection fits effortlessly with The Broadway, creating a timeless design for 21-st century luxury living.

The pieces used in the penthouse have been carefully selected to complement the design of this unique living space, from the beautiful Goodman sofa in the spacious living room and Linha dining table in grigio orobico marble, to the Yang bed and Jacques chair in the master bedroom.

Minotti London’s approach effortlessly combines signature furnishing pieces from the latest 2022 and previous Collections with designs by industry titans including Rodolfo Dordoni, Marcio Kogan / studio mk27, Nendo and Inoda + Sveje.

We are pleased to unveil the communal and wellness spaces at The Broadway that have recently been completed by prominent US interior design firm NAINOA. The areas of the mixed-use development, which includes 258 residential one-to-five-bedroom apartments as well as a collection of penthouses, have been brought to life with beautiful, tactile, and ergonomic designs.

New York-based NAINOA, known for high-end residential designs across the US, worked with natural, live and recycled materials to create welcoming and practical spaces for residents.

“For The Broadway our designs were hugely influenced by Northacre’s overarching vision to create the ultimate wellness destination. Wellness must be considered holistically,” Noa Santos, Founder of NAINOA, says. “In working with the team at The Broadway, we discussed how design should transcend visual stimulation and appeal to all the senses. For example, we considered sound in our spaces, adding textures to absorb sound and create a calm and quiet environment.”

Another exciting development at The Broadway is a new show apartment, designed in collaboration with luxury Italian designer Minotti. The stunning 15th-floor, 4,673 sq ft penthouse will soon be available for viewings. We welcome you to register your interest in viewing this truly special apartment.

This month, we are proud to reveal details of Ocean House, a partnership project to develop prime waterfront property on exclusive Palm Jumeirah. Northacre and SHUAA Capital are partnering with Ellington Properties, Dubai’s leading and award-winning design-led boutique developer, and Sol Properties, the real estate development arm of Bhatia Group, for the new residential project on the iconic archipelago.

The partnership is a strategic alliance that brings together leading players in the investment and real estate industries for a unique project that reflects Ellington Properties’ signature design-led approach, with exceptional features and resort-like amenities for high-quality lifestyles.

Spanning nine residential floors as well as the ground floor, the new project will have 88 units comprising two- to six-bedroom units as well as duplex units. Northacre’s Meet the Makers campaign celebrates the talents of the artists, designers and creators behind Britain’s best luxury brands. The initiative is part of a unique collaboration between leading luxury brands Northacre, Walpole, the official sector body for UK luxury, and Oliver Burns, the luxury interior design studio. The three have combined to create the House of Walpole – The Home of British Luxury Craftsmanship.

House of Walpole, a bespoke one-off residence at No.1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences, showcases the work of British luxury makers in the heritage restoration development adjacent to Buckingham Palace.

The makers include Aiveen Daly, a celebrated London-based textile artist. Daly has created a Mulberry Leaf Bench, Dragonfly Headboard and embroidered dining chairs – all inspired by the history and views of the Buckingham Palace private gardens.

“I have been part of the Walpole family for several years and am thrilled to collaborate with fellow members to showcase the finest British craftsmanship,” Daly says. “Working with discerning clients means most of our commissions are shrouded in secrecy. It is wonderful to collaborate with the house of Walpole to publicly showcase our work. We are honoured to sit alongside the finest makers in Britain today.”

This month, we are thrilled to have revealed the House of Walpole – The Home of British Luxury Craftsmanship.

House of Walpole is a unique collaboration between leading luxury brands Northacre, Walpole, the official sector body for UK luxury, and Oliver Burns, the high-end interior design studio. The space, designed entirely by Walpole member Oliver Burns, showcases and highlights British Luxury within the iconic heritage restoration project.

Steeped in history, No.1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences, is one of London’s most coveted addresses, adjacent to His Majesty’s official London residence and boasting unique views of Buckingham Palace and its private gardens. Taking inspiration from the gardens, Oliver Burns created a unique design concept for the House entitled ‘A Celebration of the Palace Gardens’.

House of Walpole unites so many incredible British brands under one roof, and Northacre is pleased to announce the Meet the Makers campaign to celebrate their talents.

Some of the makers include Cole & Son, which has been creating original and exceptional wallcoverings since 1875 and has designed a bespoke wallpaper inspired by the palace gardens for the Powder Room. Helen Amy Murray, a globally renowned artist and designer, who has conceived a 3-metre-tall Master Bedroom headboard inspired by the iconic Victoria and Albert Plane trees which sit in the Palace gardens. Aiveen Daly, a leading London-based textile artist, has created a Mulberry Leaf Bench, Dragonfly Headboard and embroidered dining chairs. While artworks are being provided by international powerhouse in contemporary and modern art, Maddox Gallery.

“Our advisors collaborated with the House of Walpole team to curate artworks that both complement the exquisite interiors and reflect the historic location of the property overlooking Buckingham Palace Gardens. A group of nature inspired artworks by world renowned artists in an equally unique setting, they integrate within the space seamlessly and welcome visitors into a new definition of luxury living. Art and luxury have no definable function, but they have a definite feeling – uplifting, transcendent, optimistic and awe inspiring which can be felt as you move around the space,” Maeve Doyle, Artistic Director Maddox Gallery, says.

“We are incredibly proud to be working with fellow Walpole members to bring to life this incredible apartment in celebration of British Luxury Design & Craftsmanship. Oliver Burns has brought this apartment to life and created an incredible turnkey home. The design pays homage to the striking architectural features throughout, whilst masterfully bringing the outside in through the story of the palace gardens. It has been wonderful to see each piece of the design come to life and witness the incredible skill and talent of so many skilful British makers,” Amy Wardell, Head of Brand, Northacre, says.
