Happy New Year and welcome to the January edition of the Northacre Journal. The New Year is a time for optimism and we are delighted to share details of some exciting news and projects for 2023.  

Completion of our historic development No.1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences, is expected this year. Development is progressing well with this unique brand collaboration between Northacre and one of the world’s most renowned hotel groups, and a number of apartments have already been sold with residents due to move in, in the coming weeks.

Following the completion of The Broadway, our landmark scheme in the heart of Westminster, we will continue to develop Orchard Place into a new destination for London. The new neighbourhood, created to encourage wellbeing, nourish its community and reinvigorate Westminster, began hosting community and wellness-focused experiences last month. This is only the start of London’s newest lifestyle destination.

The Broadway’s one-of-a-kind residences are in high demand, with a high percentage already sold. We expect that strong interest to continue and will be unveiling more magnificent show apartments this year. Keep reading for the latest on this special project.

This year also sees the launch of Ocean House, a development that will bring an exclusive collection of oceanfront residences to Palm Jumeirah off the Dubai coast. Surrounded by a private green oasis and with spectacular water views, Ocean House will take Palm Island living to another level and we are thrilled to share details in this journal.
