THE BROADWAY COMPLETION PARTY

To celebrate the completion of our landmark development, The Broadway, we hosted a grand completion party earlier this month. Hosted within a transformed botanical oasis on Orchard Place, we welcomed special guests and partners who have been involved in the project to an evening of celebration.

Northacre purchased the site, which was formerly the Metropolitan Police Headquarters back in 2014. After securing planning permission in record time, our team made exemplary construction progress despite unforeseen challenges. We were given an entirely blank canvas and the rare privilege to create something unique in the heart of one of London’s most historic areas. It is a thrill to see it brought to life.

As well as celebrating this significant achievement, the evening provided an opportunity to say thank you to some of the many people who have helped reach this milestone. These include the teams from renowned architects Squire & Partners and main contractors Multiplex, with whom we worked to create this striking development.

This was also the first time we revealed one of The Broadway’s stunning penthouses. Designed by leading interior design and architecture studio, Elicyon (more below), guests were able to admire the sumptuous interiors and sweeping views over the Westminster skyline by night.
