We are thrilled to announce Northacre’s collaboration with luxury interior design and achitecture studio, Elicyon on the design of various communal areas at No.1 Palace Street.
Elicyon is a multi-award-winning luxury interior design studio based in Kensington, London. Elicyon has a wealth of experience in interior design and architecture, having carried out projects worldwide; from working on some of the most prestigious London postcodes, to villas in the Middle East, Shanghai apartments, and New York brownstone townhouses.
Elicyon will be working alongside Northacre and the No.1 Palace Street team to design and curate some truly stunning communal areas including; entrance lobbies, the resident lounge, library, meeting rooms, cinema, the spa reception and the swimming pool area.
“With art at the heart, our designs for the communal and amenity spaces at No.1 Palace Street weave together the varying architecture across the building. Classic contemporary and mid-century antique furniture combined with curvy organic elements reflect the traditional and modern parts of the development, with colour and vibrant textures threaded throughout every space.
Artistic centres from around the globe gather under one roof at No.1 Palace Street. The library, for example, is dedicated to Indian artists, whereas the meeting room celebrates art from Brazil, and Japanese artists dominate the walls in the Buckingham Gate lobby. Our aim with these thematic schemes was to allow the art in the building to transport residents across the world, whilst unifying a diverse set of cultures.”
Northacre is confident that Elicyon’s creative interior designs will complement No.1 Palace Street’s truly unique setting and architectural style.
Stay tuned for more information on this exciting collaboration coming soon.
