Luxury property developer Northacre has completed its landmark scheme in Westminster, The Broadway, heralding the news as “an exciting new chapter” for the 30-year-old company.
Located on the former Metropolitan Police Headquarters site (New Scotland Yard) in SW1, The Broadway is being pitched as “the wellness capital of London.”
Northacre’s parent company, SHUAA Capital, acquired the 1.72 acre site in 2016 for £370mn. Apartment prices start from £1.75mn and go up.
