A warm welcome to Northacre’s February Journal. We hope you have had a fantastic start to the year. As a sense of normality resumes to the country, there is a feeling of excitement and change. This is being felt throughout society and the UK economy, including the Prime Central London property market.
We are looking forward to an exciting year at Northacre, as we come to the final stages of completion of two of our current projects – No. 1 Palace Street and The Broadway – both spectacular additions to Northacre’s extensive portfolio.
Located in the heart of the city, overlooking Buckingham Palace gardens, the restoration of No.1 Palace Street and curation of 72 new luxury apartments, nears completion. We are delighted to announce that we will be unveiling the Grade II listed facade of Buckingham Gate this year, restored just in time for the Queen’s Jubilee in June. With the development designed to encapsulate the former Palace Street Hotel’s rich history, this restoration project is one we are all immensely proud of.
In partnership with Walpole and architectural interior design studio Oliver Burns, we have also been progressing well with the House of Walpole at No. 1 Palace Street. This bespoke apartment will showcase the best of British luxury brands. Continue reading to learn more about this exclusive collaboration.
The Broadway development is also completing this year, set within Orchard Place, the new wellness capital of London. With a vision to reinvigorate the City of Westminster, Orchard Place will provide a city culture and wellness destination like no other.
From the team at Northacre, we very much hope this is a successful and prosperous month for you.
